"Cloud Platform" – Third-party cloud providers you connect to our Service (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
"Cloud Data" – Data we access from your connected Cloud Platforms, including billing data, resource metadata, usage metrics, and performance data.
"Subscription" – Your paid plan that grants access to our Service.
3. Our Service
Yasu Cloud provides cloud cost optimization services that help you:
Analyze cloud spending across AWS, GCP, and Azure
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Receive automated recommendations to reduce cloud costs
Monitor and track cloud resource usage
Our Service requires you to grant us read access to your Cloud Platform accounts. We use this access solely to provide the Service.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 One Account Per User
Each account is for a single user or organization. You may not share account credentials or allow multiple people to use a single account, unless your Subscription plan explicitly permits this.
5. Cloud Platform Access
5.1 Authorization
By connecting your Cloud Platform accounts, you:
Authorize us to access your Cloud Data as necessary to provide the Service
Confirm you have the right to grant this access
Acknowledge that we will access billing, usage, and resource data
5.2 Access Permissions
We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide our Service. We recommend using read-only access credentials. You are responsible for configuring and maintaining appropriate access controls on your Cloud Platform accounts.
5.3 Your Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for:
Your Cloud Platform accounts and any costs incurred
Decisions to implement our recommendations
Ensuring our recommendations are appropriate for your use case
Any changes made to your cloud infrastructure
We provide recommendations, not managed services. You decide whether and how to act on our suggestions.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
6.1 Plans and Pricing
Our current pricing is available at https://yasu.cloud/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Payment is processed through Stripe
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT), which will be added where required
You must provide accurate billing information
6.3 Free Plan
We offer a free plan with limited features. The free plan:
May have usage limits or restricted functionality
Does not require payment information
May be modified or discontinued anytime without notice
Is subject to the same Terms as paid Subscriptions
6.4 Failed Payments
If payment fails, we will:
Notify you and attempt to charge your payment method again
Suspend your access after 2 days of non-payment
Move account to Free plan after 3 days of non-payment
7. Acceptable Use
7.1 You Agree To:
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect the intellectual property rights of others
7.2 You Agree Not To:
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use the Service to harm, disrupt, or exploit others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Service
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our Service
Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
Use the Service in a way that could damage our reputation
7.3 Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In serious cases, we may do so without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Yasu Cloud B.V. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
8.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of your Cloud Data and any data you provide to us. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
8.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Service, we may use this feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://yasu.cloud/legal/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
For business customers who require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please contact us at privacy@yasu.cloud.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of recommendations
10.2 No Guarantee of Savings
We do not guarantee any specific cost savings. Our recommendations are based on the data available to us and general best practices. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control.
10.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of your Cloud Platforms or other third-party services. Changes to Cloud Platform APIs or pricing may affect our Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yasu Cloud B.V. shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Costs of procurement of substitute services
Damages resulting from your reliance on our recommendations
11.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.3 Exceptions
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yasu Cloud B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Actions taken based on our recommendations
13. Term and Termination
13.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
13.2 Termination by You
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@yasu.cloud. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
13.3 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account:
Immediately, if you breach these Terms
With or without notice, for any other reason
13.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to the Service will end
We will delete your Cloud Data within 90 days, unless legally required to retain it
You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
Sections that should survive termination (such as Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Posting a notice on our website
Sending you an email at least 30 days before changes take effect
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your Subscription.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute, it shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yasu Cloud B.V. regarding the Service.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

"Service" – The Yasu Cloud platform, including our website, applications, APIs, and cloud cost optimization tools.

"Cloud Platform" – Third-party cloud providers you connect to our Service (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
"Cloud Data" – Data we access from your connected Cloud Platforms, including billing data, resource metadata, usage metrics, and performance data.
"Subscription" – Your paid plan that grants access to our Service.
3. Our Service
Yasu Cloud provides cloud cost optimization services that help you:
Analyze cloud spending across AWS, GCP, and Azure
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Receive automated recommendations to reduce cloud costs
Monitor and track cloud resource usage
Our Service requires you to grant us read access to your Cloud Platform accounts. We use this access solely to provide the Service.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 One Account Per User
Each account is for a single user or organization. You may not share account credentials or allow multiple people to use a single account, unless your Subscription plan explicitly permits this.
5. Cloud Platform Access
5.1 Authorization
By connecting your Cloud Platform accounts, you:
Authorize us to access your Cloud Data as necessary to provide the Service
Confirm you have the right to grant this access
Acknowledge that we will access billing, usage, and resource data
5.2 Access Permissions
We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide our Service. We recommend using read-only access credentials. You are responsible for configuring and maintaining appropriate access controls on your Cloud Platform accounts.
5.3 Your Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for:
Your Cloud Platform accounts and any costs incurred
Decisions to implement our recommendations
Ensuring our recommendations are appropriate for your use case
Any changes made to your cloud infrastructure
We provide recommendations, not managed services. You decide whether and how to act on our suggestions.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
6.1 Plans and Pricing
Our current pricing is available at https://yasu.cloud/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Payment is processed through Stripe
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT), which will be added where required
You must provide accurate billing information
6.3 Free Plan
We offer a free plan with limited features. The free plan:
May have usage limits or restricted functionality
Does not require payment information
May be modified or discontinued anytime without notice
Is subject to the same Terms as paid Subscriptions
6.4 Failed Payments
If payment fails, we will:
Notify you and attempt to charge your payment method again
Suspend your access after 2 days of non-payment
Move account to Free plan after 3 days of non-payment
7. Acceptable Use
7.1 You Agree To:
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect the intellectual property rights of others
7.2 You Agree Not To:
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Use the Service to harm, disrupt, or exploit others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Service
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our Service
Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
Use the Service in a way that could damage our reputation
7.3 Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In serious cases, we may do so without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Service, we may use this feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://yasu.cloud/legal/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers
10.1 Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of recommendations
10.2 No Guarantee of Savings
We do not guarantee any specific cost savings. Our recommendations are based on the data available to us and general best practices. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control.
10.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of your Cloud Platforms or other third-party services. Changes to Cloud Platform APIs or pricing may affect our Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yasu Cloud B.V. shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Costs of procurement of substitute services
Damages resulting from your reliance on our recommendations
11.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.3 Exceptions
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yasu Cloud B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

13. Term and Termination
13.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
13.2 Termination by You
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@yasu.cloud. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
13.3 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account:
Immediately, if you breach these Terms
With or without notice, for any other reason
13.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to the Service will end
We will delete your Cloud Data within 90 days, unless legally required to retain it
You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
Sections that should survive termination (such as Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Posting a notice on our website
Sending you an email at least 30 days before changes take effect
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your Subscription.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
